Sport Mazda South 2026 Mazda CX-5 Launch Sweepstakes

NO PURCHASE OR TEST DRIVE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR TEST DRIVE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

These Official Rules govern two separate sweepstakes (the “Gas Card Sweepstakes” and the “Payment Sweepstakes,” each a “Sweepstakes” and collectively the “Sweepstakes”) sponsored by Sport Mazda South, 9786 S. Orange Blossom Trail, Orlando, FL 32837 (“Sponsor”).

1. Eligibility
Each Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. The Gas Card Sweepstakes additionally requires a valid driver’s license at the time of test drive entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, DM Sport Auto Group, Mazda North American Operations, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members of and persons domiciled with any such individuals, are not eligible to enter or win.

2. Sweepstakes Periods
Gas Card Sweepstakes: begins Friday, May 29, 2026 at 2:00 PM Eastern Time and ends Sunday, May 31, 2026 at 6:00 PM Eastern Time.
Payment Sweepstakes: begins Monday, May 25, 2026 at 9:00 AM Eastern Time and ends Tuesday, June 30, 2026 at 6:00 PM Eastern Time. Delivery of the qualifying vehicle must occur no later than Tuesday, July 7, 2026 at 6:00 PM Eastern Time.
Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for each Sweepstakes.

3. How to Enter
A. Gas Card Sweepstakes – Test Drive Entry. During the Gas Card Sweepstakes Entry Period, visit Sport Mazda South and complete a test drive of a new 2026 Mazda CX-5 with a member of the Sport Mazda South sales team. At the conclusion of the test drive, complete and submit an entry form provided by Sponsor. Limit one (1) entry per person regardless of number of test drives.

B. Gas Card Sweepstakes – Free Method of Entry (AMOE). To enter the Gas Card Sweepstakes without a test drive, hand-print your full name, complete street address (no P.O. boxes), city, state, ZIP code, daytime telephone number, email address, and date of birth on a 3″ × 5″ card and mail it in a separate, hand-addressed envelope with sufficient postage to: Sport Mazda South Gas Card Sweepstakes AMOE, 9786 S. Orange Blossom Trail, Orlando, FL 32837. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by May 31, 2026 and received by June 1, 2026. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person, per outer envelope. Entrants are limited to one (1) total entry per person across both methods (test drive and mail).

C. Payment Sweepstakes – Purchase or Lease Entry. During the Payment Sweepstakes Entry Period, purchase or lease a new 2026 Mazda CX-5 from Sport Mazda South. Customer must take delivery of the vehicle no later than Tuesday, July 7, 2026 at 6:00 PM Eastern Time to receive an entry. Eligible customers will be enrolled automatically upon delivery, using contact information from the purchase or lease documents. Limit one (1) entry per person regardless of number of vehicles purchased or leased.

D. Payment Sweepstakes – Free Method of Entry (AMOE). To enter the Payment Sweepstakes without a purchase or lease, hand-print your full name, complete street address (no P.O. boxes), city, state, ZIP code, daytime telephone number, email address, and date of birth on a 3″ × 5″ card and mail it in a separate, hand-addressed envelope with sufficient postage to: Sport Mazda South Payment Sweepstakes AMOE, 9786 S. Orange Blossom Trail, Orlando, FL 32837. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by June 30, 2026 and received by July 8, 2026. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person, per outer envelope. Entrants are limited to one (1) total entry per person across both methods (purchase or lease and mail).

All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, illegible, incomplete, or misdirected entries.

4. Drawing
Winners for the Gas Card Sweepstakes will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries on Monday, June 1, 2026. Winners for the Payment Sweepstakes will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries on Monday, July 13, 2026. Both drawings will be conducted by Sponsor representatives at the dealership. The decisions of Sponsor are final and binding in all matters.

5. Prizes
Gas Card Sweepstakes:
• First Prize: One (1) $450 gas card. ARV: $450.
• Second Prize: One (1) $350 gas card. ARV: $350.
• Third Prize: One (1) $250 gas card. ARV: $250.
• Total ARV: $1,050.

Payment Sweepstakes:
• First Prize: Three (3) monthly vehicle payments paid directly to the winner’s lienholder. Maximum value per monthly payment: $600. Maximum ARV: $1,800.
• Second Prize: Two (2) monthly vehicle payments paid directly to the winner’s lienholder. Maximum ARV: $1,200.
• Third Prize: One (1) monthly vehicle payment paid directly to the winner’s lienholder. Maximum ARV: $600.
• Total maximum ARV: $3,600.

For Payment Sweepstakes prizes: each monthly payment is capped at six hundred dollars ($600.00) or the winner’s actual contracted monthly vehicle payment, whichever is less. Payments will be issued directly to the winner’s contracted lienholder of record. Cash buyers will receive cash-equivalent payment by check from Sponsor, calculated using the average advertised monthly payment for a new 2026 Mazda CX-5 lease at Sport Mazda South during the Entry Period, capped at $600. First Prize payments will be made over three (3) consecutive months beginning with the first regularly scheduled monthly payment due after August 1, 2026. Second Prize payments will be made over two (2) consecutive months on the same schedule. Third Prize will be made as a single payment.

Total combined ARV across both Sweepstakes: $4,650.

No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent of any prize is permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion or as specifically provided above. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason.

6. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received for each respective Sweepstakes.

7. Winner Notification and Claiming
Winners for the Gas Card Sweepstakes will be notified by telephone and email on or about Monday, June 1, 2026. Winners for the Payment Sweepstakes will be notified by telephone and email on or about Monday, July 13, 2026. Each winner must respond and confirm acceptance of the prize within seven (7) calendar days of initial notification. Failure to respond, return any required documents, or accept the prize within the specified time may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. If a winner is found to be ineligible or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, select an alternate winner.

8. Taxes
All federal, state, and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners may be required to complete and return an IRS Form W-9 prior to receipt of any prize valued at $600 or more, and Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 as required by law.

9. Publicity
Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner’s consent for Sponsor and its affiliates to use the winner’s name, voice, likeness, hometown, and prize information in any media, worldwide, for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation, notice, or approval.

10. Conditions
By participating, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant found to be tampering with the entry process, violating these Rules, or acting in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify either Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper operation of the Sweepstakes.

11. Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants release Sponsor, DM Sport Auto Group, Mazda North American Operations, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with each Sweepstakes or the receipt, use, or misuse of any prize, including without limitation any property damage, personal injury, or death.

12. Disputes and Governing Law
Each Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. All disputes arising out of or in connection with each Sweepstakes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.

13. Winners List
To obtain a list of winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Sport Mazda South Sweepstakes Winners List, 9786 S. Orange Blossom Trail, Orlando, FL 32837. Requests must be received by August 31, 2026.
