I want to write a special review for the wonderful experiences I have been having with the top notch group of professionals that serve the customers of Sport Mazda South for the years since 2015 when I bought my 2016 Mazda CX5, The Service Department has been especially helpful and kept my CX5 well maintained and me safe behind the wheel from purchase to tradein for a new 2026 Mazda CX5 on Oct 12th, my birthday. Most recently my car was handled by and will continue to handle my 2026 by Sasha Sola. Always helpful, she has advised me on maintaining my 2016 so that after all these years it still ran well. Recommend her whenever you need a friend in the service department. You could not be in better hands. Rey Almonte is the person you want to handle the financial side of your sales experience. Mister personality always has a smile on his face and carefully walks you through the necessary finance paperwork while insuring you get the best deal possible, He has been with Sport Mazda for many years and always receives rave reviews by their customers, Ask for Rey and you can be sure to have a great visit to the Finance Office. We had the best experience purchasing our new Mazda cx-50! the dealership itself is extremely warm and inviting, very comfortable seating, nice refreshment Center. Everything was clean including the restroom! All of the staff was very friendly too, anybody that we encountered right when we walked in the door our salesman Muhammad Waqar was very professional and compassionate with us, he helped us out and made the entire process very seamless, he is extremely knowledgeable and very patient as well We highly recommend him as a Salesman to anybody needing a new Mazda as well as this dealership! also the finance manager that helped us out Mayeline Sosa was very professional and kind and not pushy at all and also made us feel extremely comfortable! You don't find that in a lot of dealerships in my experience, this was fantastic! we also met another salesman Luis Hernandez and he was very helpful as well with connecting our phone to the car, very kind and professional as well! I had to make a phone call over the phone and spoke with manager named Ashley she was also very kind and took my message and passed it along for me and she was very professional as well and the general manager of this dealership is also very kind!! we have nothing but good things to say about this place! Our parents bought a Mazda from here a year ago, now we bought one and they will be back next year to trade theirs in and for a new one!!! I have been to many car dealerships and most of the time buying a car is dragged out to the point where i just got up and left. This place was nothing like that. This dealership was so relaxing that my wife and i were quite taken aback. The ambiance, the people, there was no pressure, but we were attended by REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE STEWARDS!!!. Ilianes was so sweet, her manager was full of energy which added to the fun experience. Then came the delivery Rey and Carlos were on point of every single issue!!! Carlos explained every option on our new car and taught us how to use everything. This was a rare experience at a car dealership, i really enjoyed and i was so relaxed with the deal we made. We went to buy a cx-50 and left with a cx-90!! Surely the cx-90 was a better fit for my family. This is my new home for car buying from now on! Thank you Sport Mazda and to Ilianes (sales person), The sales manager ( i dont remember his name), Rey in (finance) and Carlos ( who took care of us and the delivery. I had such a great experience with Sport Mazda South! After purchasing my original vehicle, I realized it just wasn’t the right fit for me and needed to return it and choose a different one. I was honestly expecting the process to be stressful, but everyone at Sport Mazda South made it incredibly easy with minimal stress. The entire team was patient, understanding, helpful, and never made me feel pressured or uncomfortable about changing my mind. They worked with me to find a vehicle that I was truly happy with and made the whole return and purchase process as smooth as possible. Customer service like this is hard to find, and I really appreciated how well I was treated from beginning to end. Hudson was very patient and accomodating during the whole experience despite being 2 separate visits! There was transparency and Hudon seemed knowledge about the vehicles. Rey has also been helpful with the financial side of things. Looking forward to my new vehicle - second Mazda to join the family!
