Everyone is friendly and accommodating. It’s my second time leading a car and the process has been awesome. I went to get my routine service done and happened to leasvevwith new lease. I over heard Juanil speaking on the phone while I was waiting for my car to be serviced. One thing led to another, and Juanil made it happen. I left the dealing with a turbo SUV, I’ve had my eyes on. I have been to many car dealerships and most of the time
I have been to many car dealerships and most of the time buying a car is dragged out to the point where i just got up and left. This place was nothing like that. This dealership was so relaxing that my wife and i were quite taken aback. The ambiance, the people, there was no pressure, but we were attended by REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE STEWARDS!!!. Ilianes was so sweet, her manager was full of energy which added to the fun experience. Then came the delivery Rey and Carlos were on point of every single issue!!! Carlos explained every option on our new car and taught us how to use everything. This was a rare experience at a car dealership, i really enjoyed and i was so relaxed with the deal we made. We went to buy a cx-50 and left with a cx-90!! Surely the cx-90 was a better fit for my family. This is my new home for car buying from now on! Thank you Sport Mazda and to Ilianes (sales person), The sales manager ( i dont remember his name), Rey in (finance) and Carlos ( who took care of us and the delivery. God bless this establisment and all who work here!!!
