Not sure where to begin. I'll start with, if I could rate them higher than five, I would. The overall experience was superb, From the Sales Department to the Finance. from Jamil to Gustavo and to Jenny. I've bought several new vehicles in my lifetime but this, by far, has been the Best, easiest and lest hassle. Everything was explained in great detail. I really can't say "Thank You!" enough.

I have been to many car dealerships and most of the time buying a car is dragged out to the point where i just got up and left. This place was nothing like that. This dealership was so relaxing that my wife and i were quite taken aback. The ambiance, the people, there was no pressure, but we were attended by REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE STEWARDS!!!. Ilianes was so sweet, her manager was full of energy which added to the fun experience. Then came the delivery Rey and Carlos were on point of every single issue!!! Carlos explained every option on our new car and taught us how to use everything. This was a rare experience at a car dealership, i really enjoyed and i was so relaxed with the deal we made. We went to buy a cx-50 and left with a cx-90!! Surely the cx-90 was a better fit for my family. This is my new home for car buying from now on! Thank you Sport Mazda and to Ilianes (sales person), The sales manager ( i dont remember his name), Rey in (finance) and Carlos ( who took care of us and the delivery. God bless this establisment and all who work here!!!

I came here not expecting much.
I came here not expecting much. Just browsing. I left with every feature I could want in a car and more. Gil approached me and helped me through the entire process. We discussed pricing and necessary requirements needed to get a vehicle. I came back the next day with check in hand. Ready to say yes to the key. He managed to get me an even lower rate than before. Such a gentlemen. Such a delight to be around and work with. This is my first big purchase as a newly graduate. And I left Mazda today with a bigger smile than I thought possible. Sport Mazda South is a fantastic dealership!!! We had the best experience purchasing our new Mazda cx-50! the dealership itself is extremely warm and inviting, very comfortable seating, nice refreshment Center. Everything was clean including the restroom! All of the staff was very friendly too, anybody that we encountered right when we walked in the door our salesman Muhammad Waqar was very professional and compassionate with us, he helped us out and made the entire process very seamless, he is extremely knowledgeable and very patient as well We highly recommend him as a Salesman to anybody needing a new Mazda as well as this dealership! also the finance manager that helped us out Mayeline Sosa was very professional and kind and not pushy at all and also made us feel extremely comfortable! You don't find that in a lot of dealerships in my experience, this was fantastic! we also met another salesman Luis Hernandez and he was very helpful as well with connecting our phone to the car, very kind and professional as well! I had to make a phone call over the phone and spoke with manager named Ashley she was also very kind and took my message and passed it along for me and she was very professional as well and the general manager of this dealership is also very kind!! we have nothing but good things to say about this place! Our parents bought a Mazda from here a year ago, now we bought one and they will be back next year to trade theirs in and for a new one!!! Anything we may need in the future we will be coming to this dealership for sure!! this is a five-star dealership and everybody has went above and beyond to help us with the entire process and I am handicapped I will add in, and everyone made me feel extremely comfortable in this dealership as well. We highly recommend this place for anybody looking to buy a Mazda and you will not be sorry the place as I said is amazing and every person we've encountered in person or over the phone was fantastic! Sport Mazda South is fantastic! The entire staff was friendly from the moment we stepped in. Very clean and nice offering of refreshments as well. Muhammad Waqar went above and beyond to help us! We had a unique situation come up ascI am handicapped and he helped us out with compassion and understanding! He is very knowledgeable and eager to help in all ways. Very professional gentleman and kind! Made us feel very comfortable the entire time! We are extremely pleased with him and this dealership and other staff we met along the way as well!
