I had a very positive car-buying experience with Carlos Burgos at Sport Mazda South. I was coming from Palm Bay to purchase a Certified Pre-Owned Mazda CX-5, so I wanted to have as much worked out as possible before making the drive to Orlando. Carlos was responsive throughout the process and answered my questions ahead of time, which made everything much easier. I especially appreciated that Carlos respected the financing I had already arranged through Space Coast Credit Union and confirmed that the dealership would work directly with SCCU rather than sending my application to multiple lenders. He also worked with me on the vehicle price, my trade-in, and a refundable deposit to hold the CX-5 until I could get there. Once I arrived, Carlos was patient and professional and never made me feel pressured or rushed. The numbers we had discussed were honored, and when there were questions or changes during the process, he took the time to explain them and work through them with me. Buying a car can be stressful, especially when you’re traveling some distance to do it, but Carlos helped make the process straightforward and comfortable. From the beginning, I made it clear that due to an upcoming assignment at a Florida air base, I would not be able to visit the dealership in person. I had such a great experience working with Chris Almonte at Sport Mazda South! I had been car shopping for several days and was honestly exhausted and overwhelmed by the time I got to Chris. He was incredibly patient, never made me feel pressured, answered what felt like a million questions, and worked with me through multiple vehicles and different financing options until we found the right one. The funny part is that the car I originally came back for sold before I could get there, and then another option sold too! Chris kept looking and ended up finding me a 2024 CX-30 Carbon Edition that I absolutely LOVE, honestly, it ended up being my favorite car I looked at throughout the entire process. Chris was friendly, knowledgeable, responsive (even through all my texts), and made what had become a stressful car-buying experience actually enjoyable. I have been to many car dealerships and most of the time buying a car is dragged out to the point where i just got up and left. This place was nothing like that. This dealership was so relaxing that my wife and i were quite taken aback. The ambiance, the people, there was no pressure, but we were attended by REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE STEWARDS!!!. Ilianes was so sweet, her manager was full of energy which added to the fun experience. Then came the delivery Rey and Carlos were on point of every single issue!!! Carlos explained every option on our new car and taught us how to use everything. This was a rare experience at a car dealership, i really enjoyed and i was so relaxed with the deal we made. We went to buy a cx-50 and left with a cx-90!! Surely the cx-90 was a better fit for my family. This is my new home for car buying from now on! Thank you Sport Mazda and to Ilianes (sales person), The sales manager ( i dont remember his name), Rey in (finance) and Carlos ( who took care of us and the delivery. All of the staff was very friendly too, anybody that we encountered right when we walked in the door our salesman Muhammad Waqar was very professional and compassionate with us, he helped us out and made the entire process very seamless, he is extremely knowledgeable and very patient as well We highly recommend him as a Salesman to anybody needing a new Mazda as well as this dealership! also the finance manager that helped us out Mayeline Sosa was very professional and kind and not pushy at all and also made us feel extremely comfortable! You don't find that in a lot of dealerships in my experience, this was fantastic! we also met another salesman Luis Hernandez and he was very helpful as well with connecting our phone to the car, very kind and professional as well! The overall experience was superb, From the Sales Department to the Finance. from Jamil to Gustavo and to Jenny. I've bought several new vehicles in my lifetime but this, by far, has been the Best, easiest and lest hassle. Everything was explained in great detail. I really can't say "Thank You!" enough.
