Questions & Answers

Q: How far will you pick up & deliver my car?

A: We will pick up your car from your home or work if you are within 10 miles from the dealership address (exceptions will be considered on a one-on-one basis).

Q: What qualifies for a Concierge Pick Up & Delivery?

A: In these trying times we want to take care of our community. For that reason, EVERYONE preliminarily qualifies for pick up and delivery concierge services. Please call for details.

Q: What if I need a loaner car?

A: If you are in need of a loaner car, we will need a copy of a valid driver’s license and a copy of your full coverage insurance. All that information can be sent to us via text at 407-250-7606 or by emailing your service advisor directly and a Sport Mazda concierge member will drop off your loaner vehicle and pick up your personal vehicle. Subject to loaner fleet availability.

Q: How do I make a payment or approve an estimate?

A: As a 100% Transparent / Digital Mazda Service Center, we are VIDEO & TEXT enabled and able to send you an estimate (including a video) for approval via email or text. In return, you can make payment via text message by filling out the information in our TruVideo mobile pay system. We can take payment over the phone as well, so just let us know what method you are more comfortable using.

Q: How do I set an appointment?

A: All of our customers can make appointments by phone at 407-851-8510 or by texting us at 407-250-7606 and one of our Customer Care Team Members will be happy to help you. Online scheduling can be performed 24/7 at You can also use the MyMazda app or live web chat with one of our service team members using our online tool as well.

Q: How do I confirm or change my appointment?

A: One of our Customer Care Team Members will call you the day before your appointment to confirm it and also will follow up via with a text message showing our process of how we will be handling your car when you come in for your appointment. At that time, you can let them know to modify your appointment via phone or by texting 407-250-7606.

Q: How will I get an update on my vehicle?

A: One of our staff members in service will update you on your car by 10 am, 1 pm, and 4 pm by TEXT or PHONE, depending on your preferred method of communication.
