It’s not a very common practice at regular chain maintenance shops but at the Don Mealey’s Sport Mazda Service Center, our Service Writers are waiting for you! As you pull into the Full Circle Service Drive at Sport Mazda, our Service Writers will greet you and begin the service process. They will stick with your vehicle along the way and give you updates as your car is being serviced.
FULL CIRCLE SERVICE
A complimentary inspection every visit.
Every Mazda that gets serviced by our trained certified technicians receive a Mazda Full Circle Service Inspection. What that means is that at the end of your service visit, your service writer will give you a full run down of the condition of critical components of your vehicle as well as the levels of fluids in your vehicle. Each item is either labelled “good”, “needs service soon”, or “needs service immediately.” This way you are up to date on the condition of your car without the hassle!

We understand that it can be boring sitting around while waiting for your vehicle to be serviced, that’s why we try to make the wait an easier and more relaxed part of your experience at Sport Mazda. Our clean waiting room has several amenities that will help ease the tension of your wait. We have a TV for entertainment, free Wi-Fi for your personal electronics, a computer station, and, if you have small kids, a play area right next to our comfortable seating area. Enjoy free coffee while you wait as well as easy access to vending machines and clean restrooms.

Your teacher probably reminded you to double check your work before turning it in. At Sport Mazda, we triple check our work to make sure your vehicle has been serviced accurately. We take the quality of our work seriously so our customers are happy and remain on the road for many miles ahead!

We make sure that if we tell you your vehicle is going to take one hour to service, it will be DONE in one hour. Maintaining an accurate wait time is one part of the service experience we strive to achieve so that you can be back on the road as soon as possible.

Part of the Full Circle Service experience that we perform is making sure you are educated on the entirety of repairs and maintenance to your vehicle, as well as the charges. This means that you know for sure what was serviced and prevent any guessing games that most big chain repair shops leave customers playing. Our Service Writers will answer any of your questions and work to get you the answers you need before you leave our Full Circle Service Drive.
