I used the USAA website to get a quote from several dealers on a new Mazda3. Of all the dealers I contacted, only Sport Mazda, and Barby Irby in particular, was willing to work with my situation to find me the exact car I wanted and to close the deal. I'm serving overseas right now, and Barby was able to figure out a way to complete the whole transaction over the internet and using FedEx. The whole process went very smoothly. This is my second service at Sport Mazda and I couldn't be happier. The service was completed in half the time estimated. They only offered me the services I truly needed. Thanks to their promotional offerings via smartphone apps, emails and texts, I knew I got a great deal. Donny Larson came out and greeted me as soon as I pulled up and alerted me when my car was ready to be picked up. The waiting area was neat and clean, and along with computers for use, there is all free Wi-Fi. This will sound crazy but I can't wait for my next service!

I have been dealing with Nikki Meadows for about three years and every time she has been great answering my questions and taking care of any issues promptly. She is one of the reasons I go back to get my car service there. Jose one of the mechanics that works under Nikki is also great and answers any question I may have about my car. I always ask for him to serve my car; although, I know sometimes is not possible. Thank you very much for having such a great people as aprt of your team.

Right off the bat I could tell he was a team player and that impressed me. He is sincere and knowledgeable. Jose did all the work (incredible mechanic and even better human being). I like and trust these guys. It's people like Donny and Jose that keep Don Mealey Mazda lightyears ahead of his competitors.

Thanks Barby - everything was perfect and I'm extremely please with the car. I'm getting 30.1 average MPG driving in town Melbourne which is better than I expected for city driving. My daughter and I named it Senor Frog and it's now my Facebook profile pic. She can't wait until I am traveling so she can use it. Your dealership is certainly the best I've ever been to; and once again I really appreciate you making the extra effort to get the model, color, and fetures tht I really wanted - most dealerships I've dealt with in the past won't make that effort. Not long ago we purchase a preowned Mazda5 from Sport Mazda. My husband is in his 60's and was looking for an SUV because it would be so versatile. We could travel in it and it would be good to carry things in. Our salesperson, Barby, listend and asked us a lot of questions about what we needed and wanted. She recommended we take a look at the Mazda5 because of what we wanted, but with better gas mileage. We were really surprised and fell in love with it. We have traveled on two long trips and it takes care of all our cargo needs. And, we really do save lots on gas. I waited to write a testimonial but after all this time I can tell you that the people at Sport Mazda care about their customers and really do try to help you out. I mean, the Mazda 5 was cheaper than the SUVs, but they listed and gave us great advice on our purchase. We have also had great service for our first two maintenance checks. Very friendly, explain everything, and really are nice to you. I would recommend Sport Mazda to anyone, especially my family and friends and fellow teachers.
