  • Sport Mazda Makes Changes for You

    Have you seen all the changes that Sport Mazda has made?  And, it is not over yet.  Jay Mealey, General Manager, is in the process of remaking the Sport Mazda experience to make your visit as positive and enjoyable as possible. 

    If you are visiting the Service Department, you will immediately see the waiting room that has been enlarged and repainted to provide a more comfortable and convenient area for our customers.  We are also adding a more powerful Wi-Fi through Brighthouse that will be available for customers to use when waiting for their car.  In addition, three Apple Macs are available for customers to visit our on-line parts and accessories pages, check our new and used car inventories, visit the Sport Mazda or MazdaUSA websites, appraise the value of their present car, or to search items of interest on the Internet.  A large screen TV has been provided along with complimentary coffee or tea.

    Shortly, you will see our Servicewriters greet you with wireless pads connected to new software provided by Mazda having selected Sport Mazda as a test site.  The pads will make the process of getting your car into service easier, quicker and insure complete accuracy throughout the service.  The system will also increase the speed and accuracy of any communications.  Sport Mazda is proud of our customer service, resulting in the Mazda 2011 Gold Cup Award, and will continue to implement changes that will make our service process the very best.

    If you are visiting the Sales Department you will notice a remodeled showroom area.  Everywhere you look you will see how we are leveraging the latest technologies to make your car buying experience second to none.  Our repainted showroom provides a more open environment, new large screen TVs across the showroom provide the latest information on all the new Mazda models and the new Skyactiv technology, and video testimonials from our customer family and Mazda films play continuously.  Every salesperson is now equipped with a touch-screen Windows7 computer station and an Apple iPad to access and provide the latest information for our customers throughout their visit.  Our customers can easily contact their salesperson or our staff by email, phone or text and our award-winning www.SportMazdaOrlando.com website is adding new pages every day to make your online shopping experience fast and efficient.

  • The All New Mazda

    The new Skyactiv®  technology from Mazda is revolutionizing the new car market for 2012.  The ground-up improvements include new engines, manual and automatic transmission, light-weight but stronger body and chassis, and more that gives regular gasoline vehicles exceptional Miles Per Gallon without the high cost of the Hybrid, or the loss of power and performance from its Zoom-Zoom legacy.

    Many of our customers who love their Mazda’s are excited with the changes and are arriving at Sport Mazda to drive the new 2012 Skyactiv Mazda3.  Once they drive it, and then check the sticker, most are sold and delighted that they can be economical and environment-friendly while enjoying the same performance and driving experience they are used to. 

    The 2013 Mazda Skyactiv CX-5, the first SUV with all the Skyactiv® technology available from Mazda, will be arriving at Sport Mazda in early February.  We believe this 36 MPG SUV will create even more excitement than the new Mazda3. The CX-5 will have the same solid performance of our previous SUVs with all the benefits of great gas mileage on regular gasoline.  And again, the prices are significantly lower than any Hybrid SUV on the market.

  • Dealership or Independent: Where to Service?

    With everyone conscious of where and how they spend their hard-earned money, many owners are opting to take their cars to franchise lube and tune shops or for more serious repairs to an independent car repair business.  The decision is often made under the assumption that the franchise or independent shops are more economical and can provide the same quality service as car dealerships.
